Privacy
This notice covers the website only: what it asks you for, where that goes, and who to talk to. What happens in the studio itself, such as your paper records and the consent form once it is signed, is the studio's own business and is explained to you in person.
The studio, Shifty Shamrocks, Unit 1A, 43 Duke Street, Athy, Co. Kildare, R14 CF21, decides what is collected through this site and why. Reach them at bookingshifty@gmail.com or 059 864 5406. The site was built and is hosted by Lunr, Athy, who look after the technical side on the studio's behalf and do not use anything you enter for any purpose of their own.

Nothing you type into the site is stored by the site itself. Each form hands what you entered straight to the service named above, and the studio reads it there.
The reviews and the Instagram feed are shown through Featurable and Behold, and load for everyone. Neither sets cookies, but like any website you open, they see your IP address and browser when they load. The booking and consent forms are Google's, and load only if you choose to open them here; otherwise you get a link to the same form on Google's own site. The cookies page has the detail.
Booking requests are kept by the studio for as long as it takes to deal with them and for a reasonable time after, so a returning customer's history is there. Consent forms are kept for the period the studio's insurer and Irish law require. Shop orders are kept for as long as accounting rules require. Exact periods to be confirmed by the studio.
You can ask the studio what it holds about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to how it is used. Email bookingshifty@gmail.com and say what you need. If you are not happy with the answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission.
The site does not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18 on their own. Under 18s are pierced and tattooed only with a parent or legal guardian present, and the guardian completes any form with them.
If the site starts collecting something new, this page changes first and the date below moves.
